an iron/ironing board, a work desk, and a flat-screen tv with satellite channels inside the twin room were handy.

Had a wonderful time. The hotel was a comfortable base for enjoying a very nice area, not far from the Kuterevo bear sanctuary as well as Croatia. The food was GREAT with a wide array of choice! The location was absolutely perfect and pleasant, a short walk to all interests. Moreover, it was at a moderate distance from Cliffe High Street.

This hotel had a lovely and beautiful location, a quiet atmosphere, and the studio was just the way we liked it, plus we could easily walk to the Priory Ruins.

The guesthouse is tucked away in Northern Velebit national park which provides a lovely setting. During summer, guests can enjoy their food on the outside terrace which turns into a restaurant. the food is fresh and appetizing and breakfast is delicious with a generous portion. the hosts are accommodating and have plenty of local knowledge to share with guests.

Communication can be challenging as English is not spoken fluently, causing some confusion.

The hotel's remote location in the isolated mountains is perfect for those seeking peace and quiet. The staff is welcoming and treated me like family. The veranda is great; it serves as a restaurant where I had fresh meals from the garden. The hotel is close to the Northern Velebit national park, which was a great hiking spot.

Amazingly hospitable couple who are very generous and friendly. Their food was the highlight of the stay. Delicious homemade bread and salads straight from the garden. the location was perfect for a peaceful retreat away from the bustling cities, surrounded by nature, and the perfect place to escape the busy-ness of modern life.

The rustic charm of the place was quite nice. The dinner they served on Christmas Eve was delicious and the fact that they served it outside gave it a unique winter wonderland feel. the location was great for those looking to visit nearby attractions and the hosts were knowledgeable about the area and offered great suggestions.

The rooms were not properly heated which made it difficult to enjoy the stay. the shared bathrooms were not kept clean and there was a noticeable odor in them.
